Welcome to Love Connect. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Love Connect.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Each account is for an individual; you may not share or sell your account access.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Love Connect to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm another person, including your partner or any third party.
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its data.
• Use the app for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

Love Connect is intended for personal, consensual use between partners. Be kind — this is a shared, intimate space.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the memories, notes, and milestones you add. By adding content, you grant the app a limited license to store and display it within your shared couple space as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the rights to share it.

4. Invitations & sharing

You may invite a partner by email. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to invite the person at the email address you enter. Shared content becomes visible to the partner you invite within your shared space.

5. Accounts & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings → Delete my account. Deleting your account removes your shared content and schedules your account data for permanent deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitations of liability

Love Connect is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your content will never be lost.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the app.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms within the app and revise the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
